People in Fredrick want FASTC

This is a story from November. The people in Frederick and people in West Virginia probably still want the center. Individuals need to push the center on to those communities. They can have it. Those places need the economic development that the center would bring. QAC wants to stay quaint. That center could bring a lot of earmarks to Frederick County or WVA. Those communities are going in a different direction than QAC and could use the money more than we can. Let's get them to fight for it.
